Welcome to IP Integration Network Services (iPins). iPins is our specialist division offering lines & calls provision together with data solutions giving our customers a single point of contact for all their communication needs. We offer a range of connectivity solutions encompassing every aspect of infrastructure design, implementation and project management together with ongoing account supervision and management.
Telephony and data connectivity is a key part of any business’s day to day operation and cost outlay. iPins can take the stress out of dealing with multiple bills, multiple service providers, and difficult support cover or fault rectification that can accompany such communications provision.
iPins uses a portfolio of top tier carriers to provide services and has a direct relationship with BT OpenReach on the latest WLR3 platform. Using a number of global and national carriers means that we offer the best option for your business, based on the type and quantity of calls you make or connectivity requirements you have. It may be that we recommend more than one carrier for the best rates for different call and data types; however you will always have a single point of contact in iPins. In addition we can provide a managed service for our customers, monitoring the tariffs of our suppliers to ensure that we continually offer the most competitive rates.
Non-Geographic Line Numbers
Non-geographic numbers can heighten your business profile, generate revenue on incoming calls or allow you to provide a freephone service to your customers. With call logging software, these numbers will also allow you to monitor response to individual marketing campaigns.
iPins can provide you with FREE non-geographic numbers, ie. "local rate", "national rate" or "freephone". For a full list of the non-geographic numbers that we provide please speak to your account manager. .

Line Rental: We still offer BT lines however these are at a reduced cost. The transfer from your current line provider to iPins is seamless with no disruption to service. As well as making savings on your telecoms spend you can also receive the customer service from us, a source of trust. We provide traditional analogue lines as well as digital ISDN2 and ISDN30 lines. As a BT partner iPins is able to adopt your existing BT telephone lines immediately regardless of the existing rental contract term. This means that you are able to move all of your lines simultaneously rather than having to do so piecemeal whilst waiting until individual lines to come out of contract thus alleviating the inconvenience of multiple suppliers.
Data Access: iPins through its tier 1 carrier relationships has access the some of the most reliable and vast networks available. Leased lines cover traditional fixed circuit technology and next generation Ethernet services. Usually deployed over dedicated fibre optic cables, leased lines are important for sites requiring reliable access to internet and/or Managed IPVPN networks – or simply to another site in their business IT network. If your sites are close together, private IT networks offer the highest levels of security and capacity available. Their fixed line access services are highly robust and can often be designed with resilient circuit paths built in. Managed IPVPN brings together numerous traffic types, such as voice, video and data, into one streamlined IT network that gives each application the priority it needs. Complementary to our Managed IPVPN and private network solutions, internet VPN allows you to connect your sites together using a secure encrypted transmission over our business only internet access platform. Calls & Management
Single bill - Monthly line rental and call charges are all contained on one single invoice. Call charge information can be accessed via our web based billing platform “webaBILLity” to give businesses complete control over call analysis.
Line audit - iPins can conduct a full line audit at the point of line transfer to ensure that we only adopt the lines and services that you wish to continue to use and eliminate existing sundry charges for services you no longer require.
E-alerts - Automated emails can be set to notify customers of any calls that exceed their predefined criteria (such as lengthy or expensive calls or even calls that are made outside of working hours) thus empowering the customer with tools to proactively manage and control their call costs.
Fault support – Standard Care is provided at no additional cost with 24/7/365 cover available. This is essential to the smooth operation of a business, especially for those lines that are mission critical or operate outside normal working hours.
Single point of contact - No matter how many lines your company uses, no matter how complex your data requirements, no matter where they are located and no matter how many suppliers currently provide these lines, iPins you will only ever need to make a single call regarding any bill enquiries or fault reporting.
Call management - While iPins will take over your lines to make billing and fault reporting easier for you, you will still retain control over your business’s call activity. Our webaBILLity system can be accessed through our website and gives you the ability to view your account details, which are updated each working day. You can view which calls were the longest or the most expensive, or even which numbers are most frequently dialed. All these parameters can be pre-set and as such provide easy access to your own account meaning you can always be proactive in managing your business’s call levels and expenditure.
SIP
IP connectivity is now being used widely used as the communication transport platform for most businesses, and the natural progression is to carry inter-site voice traffic at no cost, or use it to replace traditional IDSN or PSTN phone lines.
The iPins flexible SIP service can deliver the benefits of VoIP to your existing PBX, help reduce your monthly line rental charges and in addition offer a Disaster Recovery solution in a very simple and cost effective solution.

Use your existing PBX
If you have an IP-enabled PBX then the technical changes may allow SIP trunks to be directly introduced. If however you have a non IP PBX iPins can implement a solution to enable SIP Trunking with limited changes to your existing hardware.
