For these eventualities, IP Integration has a team of engineers who can be dispatched immediately to the site and will always aim for industry leading response times — where possible within 2-hours for an emergency. System Audit
Prior to IP Integration taking on the support of any of your equipment, we will carry out an audit of your systems. From this we will be able to ensure that our equipment stockholding will include all parts required, and therefore that any failures can be repaired in the shortest possible time. For critical items, we are able to store equipment on site for even quicker return-to-service times.
