TCG have around 850 PBXs nationwide - a combination of virtually every type of system, the majority of which are BT (Norstars etc). During a recent ITT exercise, IP Integration were selected as the maintenance provider to ALL of these locations, owing to the excellent maintenance and account management that we had provided over a number of years to some of the AVAYA PBXs within the estate. TCG's decision was based on the fact that they wanted IP Integration to manage all PBX maintenance - even though the majority of sites would be sub-contracted to another organisation.
