IP Integration have proven to be excellent technology partners for Ladbrokes. Where they excel is in the development of bespoke applications to enhance business processes.

They have developed an On Course Trading application which has significantly increased the effectiveness of this part of the business. We are currently working with them on an after-call work application designed to improve Call Centre contacts.

They also have excellent technical expertise. Recently one of our satellite sites was experiencing issues with their telephony. IPI diagnosed issues with our WAN, and then provided the correct advice enabling the problem to be fixed. Even though the WAN was not their responsibility they went the extra mile to ensure we were happy as a customer. We are very pleased with their services to date.
