IP Integration were the successful party against our then incumbent supplier to upgrade the AVAYA INDeX system including voice mail and CRM integration. The project was delivered very successfully with IP Integration working over and above the call of duty to make sure we had a seamless migration. My responsibility rests with IT and the need to provide a reliable and functional infrastructure to support our employees and the numerous high profile direct marketing campaigns we undertake. This has allowed us to take on a wider scope of services having made the investment in a technology platform to service the charity's needs across England from a supplier that has worked closely with us in partnership.
