I would just like to confirm that IP Integration have supported of European Offices for a number of years, either directly or in one instance where AVAYA directly through the recommended partner in country. We have always found them completely priced, (we have tendered to alternate suppliers on a number of occasions), creative in the solutions they propose, diligent in their communication of current and upcoming technicalities and extremely responsive in any support requests. The recent CM5 upgrade was flawless as have been previous projects. Over the years IP Integration have gained a through knowledge of our business and I see this as an intrinsic part of the success of the telecommunication system we have deployed across the region.

I would have absolutely not doubt that IP Integration could implement, maintain and fully successfully support the proposed Australian installation.
