Following recent work carried out in our head office by Craig Beveridge, I would just like to express our thanks at the manner of professionalism in which this work was done.

Craig came across to Ireland to upgrade both our telephone and voicemail system, which was done very successfully and with no interruption to the daily running of our business. He went above and beyond our expectations even spending a morning sourcing cabling from local companies that had been misplaced, enabling him to complete his task efficiently and to an excellent standard.

I would also like to mention that Craig willing went beyond his brief in helping a number of people in the head office who were experiencing minor phone issues, this was done without hesitation and always with a sense of customer focus being the utmost priority.
