I am delighted to confirm that I have dealt with IP Integration since October 1999, during which time they have provided the Council with excellent support in the area of telephony services specifically around the AVAYA portfolio. Their work was a major factor in the authorities success of the day to day activities providing support and consultancy services on the tools the council needed to effectively manage our customer interaction. In 2008 we updated our hardware and software to the new AVAYA Maintenance Model and Communications Manager 5 (CM5). IP Integration provided project management and engineering resources to complete the updates. This approach proved very effective and all works were completed on time with no disruption to our end users.

IP Integration's after sales support service has and continues to be excellent and any problems are dealt with promptly by the service engineering team.
